The client had a one-page website from a national web builders chain. However, there were several problems with the delivery. Firstly, there was no SSL certificate applied which resulted in users receiving a “potentially not safe” warning in their browser when trying to access the website. Secondly, their work email account wasn’t working properly on their mobile and they needed that fixed.
They also wanted to expand the business and target commercial clients and needed a fresh look and feel to do so.

What and how we delivered
Commercial clients are more likely to use their work computers to research window cleaning services, whereas residential clients would mostly use their mobiles. For this reason, we decided the web design needed to be “two-tone” – a design for desktop (targeting commercial) and a different design for mobile (targeting residential).
Both designs use the same colour scheme (blue, black and white) but a slightly different style. The mobile design used fewer images with reduced text to keep loading times fast. We also added a water effect between sections just to give it that extra design flair.
We created a separate page for each of the six services on offer and applied SEO to them to make them searchable.
